For schools with: 1 - 100 active students- ₦210,000 /3-term session
- SMS Starter provides access to the approved Starter package for schools within this student-size band.
- Implementation fee: ₦200,000 (separate charge).
STANDARD
For schools with: 101- 300 active students- ₦330,000 /3-term session
- SMS Standard provides access to the approved Starter package for schools within this student-size band.
- Implementation fee: ₦250,000 (separate charge).
BUSINESS
For schools with: 601- 1000 active students- ₦720,000 /3-term session
- SMS Business provides access to the approved Starter package for schools within this student-size band.
- Implementation fee: ₦350,000 (separate charge).
ENTERPRISE
For schools with more than: 1000+ active students- Custom Subscription Pricing
- School review and assessment is required to determine deployment scope before a custom quotation can be prepared.
- Implementation fee: Custom quotation.
Pricing Terms
Package eligibility is based on the school’s active student population.
Subscription and implementation are separate charges.
Per-term and three-term session prices are shown above.
The first 10 qualifying schools may receive a discretionary launch discount of up to 15% of the applicable subscription charge.
Launch discounts apply to subscription only. Implementation fees remain at the approved register rate unless separately authorized.
Standard prices must remain visible when a launch discount is offered.
Additional services, custom development and integrations require separate assessment and quotation where applicable.
Subscription
Choose termly billing or the approved three-term session price. The session amount is the total subscription for three academic terms.
One-time implementation
Implementation is a separate, one-time charge. It is not included in the subscription and is not eligible for the launch discount.
Launch offer
For the first 10 qualifying schools, a discretionary discount of up to 15% may be approved on the applicable subscription charge only. The offer is not automatic. Implementation fees are never discounted.

What does the three-term session price mean?
It is the approved total subscription amount for three academic terms.
Is implementation included in the subscription?
No. The one-time implementation fee is charged separately.
Does every school receive the same configuration?
The goal is to standardize repeatable capabilities while configuring appropriate school-specific settings. Scope must be confirmed before onboarding.
Does every school receive the launch discount?
No. It is discretionary, limited to the first 10 qualifying schools and subject to approval. The maximum is 15% of the subscription charge only.
Can implementation be discounted?
No. The approved launch discount must not be applied to implementation fees.
What if our school has more than 1,000 students?
Enterprise pricing is custom and requires a quotation based on the school’s requirements.
